Flavia Poujade advises French and international investors in all areas of real estate law.

Flavia works alongside clients on all asset classes (offices, hotels, warehouses, student residences, etc.), particularly in real estate transactions, asset deals and share deals, and commercial leases. She also assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, and more generally on various issues relating to development projects. Her practice covers the main aspects of real estate transactions throughout the asset life cycle.
