Claire Pauly is a partner in the arbitration team who represents companies before international arbitral tribunals in both investor-State and commercial arbitrations. Claire works with clients across various industries, particularly those in the energy (oil & gas and renewables), retail (including wine and luxury), real estate, and pharmaceuticals sectors. She also represents clients in annulment, enforcement, and arbitration-related proceedings before French courts. Claire is particularly very well-versed in complex contracts and quantum issues.
