Lawrence Wang focuses on advising clients on antitrust and competition law matters in major jurisdictions worldwide. He has experience advising clients in premerger notifications, antitrust government investigations and enforcement actions, antitrust counseling and compliance, and private antitrust litigation. He has co-led numeral high-profile and complex merger filing cases that have drawn significant regulatory attention and successfully secured approvals with modest conditions.

He also has experience representing clients in other criminal investigations and litigations in the United States involving government regulation matters, as well as experience in representing clients in regulatory matters in Europe, in particular relating to the European Foreign Subsidies Regulation. He has represented clients across different industries, including aviation, automotive, chemical, cosmetics, e-commerce, energy, health care, real estate, semiconductor, and technology.
