Javier Napoleone, lawyer, is a member of Corporate Law Department and in the Banking & Finance Department. He regularly counsels companies within the financial industry. He participates regularly in project development and
finance transactions within the infrastructure and energy sector, both on the sponsor and lender side, capital markets and M&A transactions, both cross-border and domestic, across several industries.

He practiced in the New York offices of Shearman & Sterling LLP.
