José has been a lawyer since 2012 and is a litigator specializing in civil and commercial litigation. His experience also includes investigation and evidence gathering for criminal cases, development and execution of litigation strategies and extrajudicial negotiation in commercial cases. He has also handled the litigation and strategy of disputes arising from local and international distribution contracts. His work also includes civil litigation arising from white collar crimes, nullity of fraudulent contracts, arbitration of shareholder disputes and unfair competition.
