Byron Deulofeu is a partner at the firm, where he began his professional career in 2011. He has over a decade of experience in dispute resolution, specializing in commercial and international arbitration, complex litigation, and high-stakes business disputes.

His practice focuses on designing strategies for sophisticated disputes, ranging from preventive advice in pre-litigation phases to representation before judicial courts and arbitral tribunals. He has a particular focus on commercial and corporate disputes, intellectual property, tort law, and conflicts related to the legal framework of the electricity sector.

In 2017, he earned a Master’s Degree in Business and Commercial Law from the University of Barcelona and has pursued postgraduate studies in non-contractual liability and international commercial arbitration.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where he teaches General Theory of Procedure and Civil Procedural Law.
