Carlos Flores has built a distinguished professional career specializing in notarial matters, handling all non-contentious issues that can be addressed in Notarial proceedings according to the Notarial Code of Honduras.

Additionally, Carlos has experience in corporate matters, from the incorporation of commercial companies to their operational launch, as well as everything related to the smooth functioning of a business at the corporate level. This includes trademark registrations, copyright, television signals at the General Directorate of Intellectual Property of Honduras (DIGEPIH), and registrations with the Health Regulatory Agency (ARSA), such as sanitary licenses, food and beverage registrations, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, among others.
