Attorney Ela Rivera has established a distinguished professional career specializing in Regulatory Law, particularly Tax and Administrative Law. She has experience assisting both national and foreign companies seeking to invest in Honduras, supporting them in administrative, fiscal, environmental, regulatory, and municipal procedures. She has also provided advice to private law entities auxiliary to the Public Administration and companies in the social economy sector, telecommunications, franchises, SMEs, among others.

Ela’s experience also extends to the public sector, having served as the Head of the Legal Procurement Office in the Tax Administration, formerly known as the Directorate of Income (DEI), from 2013 to 2016. This role allowed her to work with Administrative and Judicial Files in civil, administrative litigation, and tax matters.

With 10 years of experience as a professor at the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH), Ela has taught Administrative Law and its specialized areas.
