Philip joined the firm in 2015 and is part of the Corporate Department, where he has extensive knowledge in franchise procedures, mergers and acquisitions, company administration, among others. In addition, Philip has experience in Intellectual Property, having worked in the protection, advisory, and monitoring of distinctive signs and trademark registrations, as well as health registrations and patents.

With legal experience since 2012, Philip has been involved in the establishment of Skydive Costa Rica Ltda. and Grupo Korioto Private Security S.A., where he has served as legal advisor and co-founder to date.

Most recently, Philip was promoted to Partner at Lexincorp Costa Rica, ensuring the continued growth of our firm.
