Philip joined the firm in 2015 and is part of the Corporate Department, where he has extensive knowledge in franchise procedures, mergers and acquisitions, company management, among others. Additionally, Philip has experience in the area of Intellectual Property, where he has worked on the protection, advisory, and monitoring of distinctive signs and trademark registrations, as well as sanitary registrations and patents.

With his legal experience since 2012, Philip has been involved in the founding of Skydive Costa Rica Ltda and Grupo Korioto Private Security S.A., where he has served as legal advisor and co-founder to this day.
