Jeff is a partner in Gunderson Dettmer’s New York office. He advises venture capital, growth equity and other private equity funds on their investment activities, operations and portfolio management. He works with investment funds in both US and international transactions spanning equity and debt financings (including numerous bespoke structured equity and convertible securities offerings), secondary liquidity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and other exit transactions, in addition to other corporate and securities law matters.

Jeff has been representing funds throughout his career. He brings extensive knowledge of the market and how evolving trends impact deals, which he uses to provide practical, real-world advice to his clients. He is an active advisor, leveraging his experience and commercial know-how to help clients anticipate problems, quickly cut to the core of thorny issues and seize opportunities.
