Luke is a corporate and securities partner in our Austin office.

Luke specializes in representing emerging and high-growth companies and investors on a broad range of transactional matters. In his role as a corporate lawyer, he provides strategic, practical advice at all stages of a company’s life cycle, from initial formation, venture capital financings and during a company’s ultimate sale or public offering. Luke has substantial experience representing both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions involving strategic and private equity acquirers. In addition, he acts as outside general counsel for many of his early stage clients, advising on key business, legal and strategic issues that arise in their day-to-day operations. Prior to practicing law, Luke worked in finance and held the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
