Mike guides startups from formation through fundraising to M&A or IPO and beyond.

Mike is a corporate partner in our San Francisco office. He works with private companies ranging from solo entrepreneurs starting a new company to large late stage companies such as Automattic (aka Wordpress) and Palantir. Mike’s daily responsibilities with such companies is to assist in their formation, founder stock issuances, venture capital raising and general employment and intellectual property matters. In addition, Mike regularly works with Venture Capital funds as investor counsel on venture financings of all stages.
