Adan is a member of our Latin America practice and is a founding partner of our São Paulo office. Adan specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles and venture capital and growth equity funds that invest in those companies. His principal focus is in representing companies and investors in cross-border financings and mergers and acquisitions throughout Latin America, with significant experience in Brazil. He is broadly experienced with corporate formation and governance, venture capital and growth equity financings, reorganizations, and M&A transaction structures. He represents technology companies in consumer internet, financial technology, software, telecommunications, entertainment and other industries, as well as a number of leading venture capital and growth equity firms. In addition to English, Adan is fluent in Portuguese and conversational in Spanish.
