Steve Stein is a litigator who specializes in media and intellectual property disputes. He also has substantial experience litigating complex entertainment and business disputes.

Steve has defended media organizations from high-profile defamation and copyright and trademark infringement claims. He has litigated entertainment disputes for production companies and A-list talent, and complex contract and business disputes for businesses and individuals.

Before joining the firm, Steve wrote for the Washington Post and served as a law clerk on the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit. Steve draws on his experience as a journalist and law clerk to advocate for his clients.
