Jorge joined the regulatory department of Arias Panama in 2019. He is currently in charge of the Intellectual Property, Migration and health registration teams in the offices in Panama.

He has experience as a legal assistance in the public sector for the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of Panama. Also, he was part of the executive advising team for the Government Ministry. In the private practice, he has worked as a legal assistant in a recognized law firm of Panama
