Jeynner joined the firm in November 2018 as a member of the Corporate, Tax, and Real Estate department. His role in the firm includes advising operations development, corporate governance and commercial matters to national and international companies. Throughout his career, he has been part of multidisciplinary teams in due diligence and complex merger and acquisition transactions, and corporate restructuring.

Jeynner has participated in the analysis, creation of strategies, and implementation of legal vehicles to optimize and adapt, within the local legal framework, his clients' operations, including entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations.

Jeynner completed an internship in Texas, U.S, as a legal advisor in regulatory, compliance and administrative matters for an U.S. company in the healthcare industry, focusing on its federal and state regulations.
