Abelino joined the firm in 2021 as a member of the Intellectual Property Department, providing advisory services to national and international clients on the registration and protection of their intellectual property assets, including trademarks, patents, trade names, emblems, industrial designs, utility models, and domain names.

He has solid experience in the regulatory field, particularly regarding obtaining sanitary registrations for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and veterinary products. Additionally, he has actively participated in issues related to consumer protection, advertising, and services directed to the public.

Furthermore, he has provided advisory services in defending intellectual property rights through preventive and corrective strategies aimed at recovering trademarks and protecting against potential infringements by third parties in intellectual property litigation.
