Andrea joined the firm in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at the Customs Department of the Superintendence of Tax Administration, where she acquired experience in customs law, foreign trade, customs fraud and smuggling; where she participated in the development and updating of regulations of the Guatemalan Customs Service and inter-institutional and international agreements, participation in inter-institutional technical tables.

She has experience in the private sector in the areas of litigation, corporate, commercial, administrative and intellectual property.

She currently advises clients mainly in the areas of tax, customs and international trade.
