Juan Alberto joined the firm in 2023, after more than six years as part of the dispute resolution and arbitration team at another leading law firm in Guatemala. He has extensive experience in conflict resolution and arbitration, having successfully advised and represented local and international clients in civil, commercial, labor, administrative, tax, and constitutional litigation, as well as in complex arbitration proceedings.

He also has significant experience advising clients in pre-litigation stages and transactional matters, where he has been recognized for his strong knowledge and skills in negotiation and mediation.
