Senior Associate

Carlos joined the firm in 2019 and has since provided legal assistance and advisory services to various national and international companies. His work has encompassed transactions focused on project development and infrastructure financing, mergers and acquisitions, as well as legal support for day-to-day operations.

As a senior associate, he has recently played a key role in merger and acquisition transactions involving companies with significant operations in El Salvador. Additionally, he has advised on real estate projects related to the new development of San Salvador’s Historic Center and provides legal counsel for the daily operations of companies in the energy sector.

His expertise spans various practice areas, including civil and commercial law, financing, labor law, registry law, and administrative law.
