Valeria has focused her career on Intellectual Property for the past three years. Her experience includes a key role at the Salvadorean Institute of Intellectual Property (ISPI), where she gained a deeper understanding of the procedural aspects and administrative processes related to intellectual property, which has enabled her to provide more effective and accurate advice.

She joined Arias in 2025, where she currently assists in managing intellectual property portfolios for companies, including trademarks, trade names, and slogans.

Her work focuses on providing legal guidance throughout the trademark application process, ensuring the proper protection of her clients' intangible assets. Additionally, she offers support in post-registration procedures.
