Career

Sebastián joined Arias in 2018, as Associate Attorney of the Departments of Corporate, Notarial and Registry Law, practice areas where he has been working for the past few years after having held positions related to tax and real estate law.

Likewise, he has held the position of in-house attorney on Arias’ behalf in a transnational pharmaceutical company, attending all the legal matters in the Central America and the Caribbean region.

Currently, he advises and provides legal support on Corporate, Commercial, Notarial and Registry matters to National and Foreign Companies in their local and regional operations, on a day-to-day basis and in specific transactions and requirements.

Within his pro bono professional development, he provides legal advice and support to various nonprofit associations, associations of the commercial sector and tourism.

In regards his international professional and cultural experience, he completed a Master’s degree in the Kingdom of Spain and has been a invited lawyer on two occasions in international professional exchange programs in important law offices in Poland and Spain; where during these programs he joined the teams in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law, adding to his knowledge the technical and business vision of said continent.
