Career
Luis Diego is a legal associate with experience in legal advice to different corporations in public, administrative, civil and labor matters. He also has experience litigating nationally in Costa Rican courts, and internationally before the Inter-American System of Human Rights. He has also extensive experience in international legal and policy matters in international organizations as the International Organization for Migration and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Luis Diego has represented these United Nations agencies in different international forums.
He has also been professor of international and constitutional law in different Universities in Costa Rica and in several courses in the United Nations University for Peace.
