Brian C. Mulhall is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology group and Technology M&A practice. Brian’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters for public and private companies and their investors. In addition, Brian has vast experience advising on early- and late-stage venture and growth equity financings.
