Reid Bagwell is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group and a member of its Debt Finance practice. He represents a diverse range of clients in financing transactions including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and managed funds, REITs and public and private companies. Reid has advised clients in connection with syndicated and private financings, asset-based fund financing and data center and project financing projects, in transactions with loan amounts ranging from several million to several billion dollars. Reid joined Goodwin in 2016.
