Ashley E. Johnson, a leading partner in Gibson Dunn’s Dallas office, is widely recognized for her exceptional command of high-stakes commercial litigation and appellate advocacy. Ashley is the co-chair of the firm’s ERISA Litigation practice group. She also practices in the firm’s Labor and Employment, Appellate and Constitutional Law, Litigation, and Antitrust and Competition practice groups. Before joining Gibson Dunn, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Clarence Thomas at the Supreme Court of the United States and the Honorable J. Michael Luttig on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
