Peteché A.B. Mitchell is a senior associate who is a member of our litigation practice group which represents ultra-high-net-worth clients and multi-national companies in a wide array of contentious trust, commercial, corporate fraud and family law disputes.  Throughout her practice as counsel and attorney-at-law, Peteché has served as a junior marshal for the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Bahamas Bar Association (2021 – 2025) and as a Council Member of the Bahamas Pharmacy Council (2022 – 2026).

Prior to attaining pupillage at McKinney, Bancroft & Hughes, Peteché obtained international legal experience marshalling Mrs. Justice Lieven in the Family Division of the English High Court and obtained mini-pupillages at 1 GC (London, UK) and Stour Chambers (Kent, UK).

She is a published author and speaker on commercial litigation, professional standards, and pharmacy law.
