John Satory is of counsel and a retired partner in Fried Frank's Corporate Department and Capital Markets Practice, resident in the firm's London office.

John has worked on a large number of high-profile matters in Europe, Asia, and North America, and has a particular focus on Northern Europe. Clients turn to him in connection with equity capital markets transactions, debt and other securities offerings, and other securities law considerations arising in restructurings, M&A and private equity transactions, and related financings in Europe and globally. He also advises clients on corporate governance, SEC reporting, and other compliance matters.
