James Renahan is a private equity partner who advises clients on complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. He has more than 20 years of experience acting for international private equity sponsors, institutional investors, alternative asset managers, senior management teams, founders, investee companies and other pan-European and international corporates for both transactional and advisory matters.

James has particular experience across a range of industries, including media, technology, leisure and hospitality, financial services, manufacturing, real estate and transportation and logistics.
