Shira Sandler represents clients in connection with real-estate related disputes and commercial litigation. She has successfully represented property management companies, real estate firms, financial institutions, and corporations in disputes arising from real estate-related matters including partnership and joint ventures, complex commercial real estate mortgage foreclosures and UCC foreclosures, fraudulent conveyance litigation, construction-related disputes, and guaranty-related litigation. Shira has experience counseling clients through all stages of litigation, from discovery and depositions to motion practice, trials and appeals.
