Matthew D. Parrott is the co-head of Fried Frank’s Real Estate Litigation Practice and a member of both the Real Estate and Litigation Departments. He concentrates his practice in the representation of commercial lenders and other parties in complex disputes and transactions involving sophisticated real estate structures, financings, workouts, mortgage and UCC foreclosures, restructurings, acquisitions and dispositions of all asset classes of real estate.
