Adam B. Cohen represents public and private companies and private equity firms in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions. Adam’s practice focuses on mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, majority and minority investments and joint ventures, co-investment transactions, carve-outs, and corporate restructurings.
