Michael P. Sternheim is a litigation partner resident in Fried Frank's New York office.

Michael represents corporations, boards of directors, special committees, senior management and financial sponsors in connection with corporate governance matters, shareholder and derivative litigation, and securities litigation. He also has experience representing boards of directors and senior management in connection with confidential internal investigations, as well as individuals and entities in connection with United States Attorney's Office and SEC investigations, including insider trading investigations.
