Arinze N. Onugha’s practice focuses on the formation and operation of domestic and offshore private investment funds that span asset classes, including senior credit, junior debt/mezzanine, growth equity, sustainable/impact assets and real estate credit. He also advises clients on the negotiation of separately-managed accounts, funds of one, multi-strategy platform agreements and other bespoke sponsor-investor arrangements.  Arinze’s client base is diverse, ranging from global financial institutions with trillions of assets under management to middle-market sponsors and institutional investors.
