Audra Cohen advises clients on all aspects of the formation, fundraising, negotiation and ongoing compliance of private investment funds across various asset classes. Her practice focuses on closed-end and open-end real estate funds private equity funds, infrastructure funds, growth equity funds and credit funds as well as co-investment and other customized arrangements. Audra has particular expertise in core and core-plus open-end real estate funds. She also has represented clients in connection with their investments in private equity vehicles.

Audra has experience counseling fund sponsors on compliance with the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act and the “bad actor” rule in addition to other regulatory compliance matters, fund-related aspects of real estate and mergers and acquisitions transactions, continuation funds and internal sponsor governance and economic arrangements.
