Jason Koenig represents asset managers on the formation, fundraising and management of funds across a wide range of strategies, including private equity funds, growth equity funds, multi-manager hedge funds, managed credit funds and tactical opportunities funds. Jason also has experience counseling sponsors on various regulatory and strategic issues including LP negotiations, conflicts management, carry plans, among other issues.

Jason joined Fried Frank in 2022 and prior to that he served as senior counsel at another international law firm and held several roles at Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Jason received his JD from Harvard Law School in 2000 and his BA, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996.
