Antitrust and Competition

Lexi Michaud's practice focuses on antitrust aspects of public and private M&A and joint ventures. She routinely assists clients with merger clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, investigations under federal antitrust laws, and antitrust compliance concerns. Lexi collaborates with clients to understand and mitigate antitrust risks and successfully complete transactions in a wide range of industries, including technology and software, healthcare, consumer products, transportation, industrials, financial services, and media.

Lexi joined Fried Frank in 2022; Lexi was a summer associate in 2021.

Lexi serves as a Vice Chair on the Compliance and Ethics Committee of the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section and is a member of the Antitrust Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Lexi received her JD/BCL from McGill University, Faculty of Law and BA from McGill University.
