George J. Kroculick is chair of Duane Morris' Real Estate Practice Group and a member of the firm's governing Partners Board. Mr. Kroculick’s practice focuses on land valuation litigation, including real estate tax appeals and eminent domain matters, especially issues involving the power to condemn and just compensation, including fee value, leasehold bonus value, relocation assistance, and other valuation theories. His clients include convenience store owners, fast food companies, outdoor advertising companies and service station companies. He also handles land use and zoning entitlements in various jurisdictions and manages the often complex litigation matters that ensue.
