Christopher S. Kroon is a patent and trade secret litigator at Duane Morris.  As a registered US patent attorney and partner of the firm, Chris represents medical device, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies in intellectual property litigation in federal and state courts throughout the US, as well as inter parte review (IPR) proceedings before the US Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).  Chris is an active trial lawyer with extensive experience in patent infringement and trade secret cases involving a diverse array of technologies including medical devices, DNA/RNA therapeutics, recombinant proteins, large and small molecules, lighting, epidermal scanners, and semiconductors.
