Felix Paterson is a partner based in the firm’s London office, and a member of the firm’s Finance Group.

Mr. Paterson, who joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2012, was named by the Fund Finance Association to its 2023 list of Rising Stars. 

His practice focuses on advising borrowers, lenders, sponsors, banks and funds on a range of financing transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance and structured finance transactions.

He graduated from Trinity College Dublin with first class honours in History (M.A. (Dubl)) in 2010 and subsequently completed the GDL and LPC with distinction at the University of Law in 2011 and 2012, respectively.
