Morgan Davis is a litigation partner based in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including corporate governance litigation, mass tort litigation, and contract disputes.

Ms. Davis joined Debevoise in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for Judge Claire C. Cecchi in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey from 2015 to 2016.
