Mr. Gilbert’s practice regularly advises private equity firms, their portfolio companies and corporate clients on a broad range of transactions, including take-privates, leveraged buyouts, partnership and joint venture arrangements, carveouts and cross-border transactions, as well as corporate governance matters. His experience ranges across industries, including healthcare and adjacent businesses, software, industrials, media and technology, and financial services.
