Ted is a member of Davis Polk’s Civil Litigation practice. He is a nationally-recognized litigator, who represents issuers, funds, financial institutions and individuals in securities, derivative and other complex litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts around the country.

In addition to his litigated matters, Ted represents companies and boards of directors in internal investigations and in enforcement investigations, including before the SEC, the CFTC, and the U.S. Department of Justice.
