Mark is head of Davis Polk’s Derivatives & Structured Products practice and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets practice. He advises investment banks, corporations and hedge funds in the structuring, negotiation and execution of a wide variety of financial transactions and securities offerings.

Mark’s experience spans all types of convertible, exchangeable and equity-linked offerings. His work also includes all types of OTC equity derivatives, including forward sales, structured stock buybacks and hedging transactions. He also advises on affiliate margin loans.
