Jimmy is a member of Davis Polk’s Finance practice. He represents issuers, underwriters, placement agents, lenders and asset managers in a variety of public and private structured finance transactions. His experience includes advising on credit card, equipment lease, auto loan, consumer loan, trade and other receivables financings; collateralized loan obligation transactions; financings of investment funds; whole business and other esoteric securitizations; securitizations of infrastructure assets, including solar power plants; auctions of financial assets; and asset-backed commercial paper transactions.

Jimmy has advised on a wide range of M&A transactions with structured finance components as well as other types of corporate finance transactions, including commercial paper programs, factoring transactions, supply chain financings, back-leverage facilities and other lending transactions.
