Ryan is a member of Davis Polk’s Finance practice. He has broad experience across multiple securitization products, representing lenders, institutional investors, private equity funds, borrowers and other clients in a wide variety of structured finance and asset-backed finance transactions.

He focuses primarily on the esoteric asset-backed securities market, including significant transactions in asset classes including whole business, digital infrastructure (including data centers), music royalties, intellectual property and investment funds. He is recognized as a leader in bespoke capital-raising and investment solutions across diverse asset classes.
