Michael is a member of Davis Polk’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He advises U.S. and international clients, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, on a broad range of M&A transactions. These include domestic and cross-border public and private company mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, investments and co-investments, carve-outs, joint ventures and other general corporate matters. 

Michael has significant experience in sports transactions, including team purchases, sales and investments. His work spans a number of other industries, including consumer products and retail, fintech, financial services, media and telecom.
