Kailash is a member of Davis Polk’s Finance practice. As part of the infrastructure finance team, he represents financial institutions, sponsors, developers, private equity funds, private credit funds and other investors and market participants in connection with all phases of development and financing of projects in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His work spans digital infrastructure, conventional power, renewables, midstream oil & gas, LNG, battery storage, battery and semiconductor manufacturing and other infrastructure projects. Kailash regularly advises on commercial loans, syndicated loans, private placements, high-yield and project bonds, tax equity transactions and tax credit transfers, direct lending arrangements, joint ventures and M&A transactions.
