Joe is a member of Davis Polk’s Capital Markets group and head of the interdisciplinary Corporate Governance practice. Since 2014, he has advised numerous companies in the digital asset space. Joe has testified before Congress on digital asset regulation and regularly speaks and publishes on the topic.

Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Executive for Policy under SEC Chairman William Donaldson.
