Natasha is a member of Davis Polk’s Restructuring practice. She has led some of the most sophisticated and complex restructuring and liability management matters of the past several years. Natasha has a diverse practice representing creditors, direct lenders, debtors, banks and strategic parties in a wide range of restructurings and risk management transactions. 

She sits on the boards of Girls Just Wanna Have Funds and Lawyers Alliance for New York and is actively involved with Braven.
